1. Free (upto 500,000 directory objects, rest all are unlimited)
2. Microsoft 365 apps
3. Premium P1
4. Premium P2

P1 and P2 are enterprise focused. P2 has things like PIM and JIT access.
License is set on per user basis. Directly assigned or assigned via groups.
