Started weight training.
Currently going every alternate day and following a full body split.
I am doing the following exercises -
- Inclined dumbbell chest press
- Goblet squat
- Pull ups
- Dumbbell Romanian Dead Lift
- Cable Row
- Lateral Raise (Seated)
- Bicep curl + tricep extensions
I will move from dumbbells to bars when I am comfortable with the weights.
