Vibe Coding September Meetup
I have high expecting going into this meetup. Vibe Coding Finland meet-ups are awesome always. Great talks. Great conversations.
”Al and out evolving relationship with practice”, Alex Culliere, Senior developer, SOK

Loved the speaker - humorous. I love it when a speaker talks about books they’ve read. Coincidentally, the last time I was here for a Devops meetup, another speaker had been talking about books.

He did two types of works with AI - one which was supposed to succeed - laborious sort of work. The other more exploratory - creating a 3D game engine.

Intellectual conformity as a service that is replacing conventional search.
What a phrase.
There was a fun anecdote about a story about djinns.

He had some practical advice to offer toward the end.

“Same model, different results - how to get the most out of your coding agent” by Miikka Salomaa, Al-native developer & consultant, founder of Ohjelmistofriikit

This talk felt like driving into a wall at full speed. Perhaps because of the last talk - which was freaking awesome.
This was a practical sort of talk - about how your context window fills up. I already knew about most of these techniques - other than the verify step.
This feels like AI generated slides. I have a sense for that I think. Claude’s language in this one. Had a similar feeling in the Devops Finland meetup, but there the speaker had mentioned he had used AI.
”Agent orchestration for a non-technical founder & DIY company brain”, Kaisa Vaittinen is founder & CEO of evaluoi.ai and Safety in Relationships, and a generalist with ADHD traits

A disclaimer at the beginning that these slides are Fable generated - I appreciate it.
The interesting thing about this talk was that it was presented as a dialogue between Kaisa and her agents. I liked that. There were times when she said, this is my slide, these are fable slides and so on.
