https://hostname.yourcompany.com/mob
Enable MOB on ESXi
- Select the host in the vSphere Client and go to Advanced System Settings.
- Find Config.HostAgent.plugins.solo.enableMob and enable the MOB
How to access stuff
- Click on the content property.
- Under the Name column, locate rootFolder and click its corresponding value, this being a Data Center Folder object.
- Under root > datacenter
- Under datacenter > hostfolder
- Under hostfolder > childEntity (Select appropriate cluster)\
- Under that find host (select appropriate host)
- Under that storage
For storage
content —> rootFolder —> childEntity —> hostFolder —> childEntity —> host —> config —> HostStorageDeviceInfo —> Select appropriate lun
Host -> config -> storageDevice -> scsiLun [selected interested lun from list] -> standardInquiry
