How to handle stress at work

These are the things that work for me. They may or may not work for you.

  1. If feeling overwhelmed with work, add stuff to the planner, see what can be done now, prioritise. Talk to your boss for prioritisation.
  2. The rubber duck hypothesis- if stuck talk to anyone, sometimes just the act of explaining unlocks a problem.
  3. Take vacations - not let me do some chores vacations- actual vacations
  4. Walk. Do yoga. Meditate.
