How to handle stress at work

These are the things that work for me. They may or may not work for you.
- If feeling overwhelmed with work, add stuff to the planner, see what can be done now, prioritise. Talk to your boss for prioritisation.
- The rubber duck hypothesis- if stuck talk to anyone, sometimes just the act of explaining unlocks a problem.
- Take vacations - not let me do some chores vacations- actual vacations
- Walk. Do yoga. Meditate.
