Children of ruin
SCI-FI
The second book in the children of time series. Not as good as the first one.
It read like a horror novel at certain times, which was not unexpected and fun, so damn fun.
I thought, when I started reading this book, that it would be about the octopus and the spiders, instead it was about something else.
That discovery was fun too.
I liked how this book was structured as well.
And once again, I enjoyed the narration. In the first book, the narrator brought the craziness of Kern to fore. Here no one was crazy, but it was a good narration nonetheless.
